Erin is passionate about getting people healthy. She is attentive and customizes her nutrition and overall wellness consulting to the individual. But most importantly, her personality is contagious and working with her is just a blast! Erin will kick your butt with workouts but you will come back for more because you had so much fun.
I spent 2 and a half months personal training with Erin. She is very up beat, positive, and excellent at motivating! Although her workouts were difficult, they were fun, and extremely effective. I have worked out with three other personal trainers in the past. Not only did I feel, and see more noticeable results, I also had a blast working with her! Erin is great. She really listens to her clients and takes into account what they have to say. What I mean by that, is that she truly listens and incorporates their concerns into her plan for them. Erin is an excellent trainer and gives really good directions on nutrition. She is able to design a workout that works for someone whether they are just starting out or are very experienced. She is very patient and will answer as many questions as you may have without getting impatient. She never judges you and you can really tell she loves what she does!
