It’s functional fitness at its best. You might ask, What is functional fitness? This means you use minimal equipment, your body weight, using all planes of movement. It also compliments theway that you move in every day life. This is a lifestyle that you don’t have to abandon when you go on a business trip or on vacation, you CAN take it with you! As you progress, we layer your fitness to provide continual challenges and results.
I work with you from your starting point. If you’re day consists of Captain Crunch for breakfast, McDonalds for lunch and beer, chips, salsa and guac for dinner than that’s where we start; I know that its not realistic to change it all at once, therefore I work side by side with you so that this becomes a new way of life for you and not just a hat you try on for a week. This is a journey and I want to take it with you from where ever you start to where ever you want to go.
